At Rill Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be situations where a product needs to be returned or refunded.
Food items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on food items due to the perishable nature of our products.
Broken items: If you received a broken item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the broken item for you.
Unsatisfied with a product: If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right by either sending you a new soup or offering a satisfactory resolution.
