This flavorful soup finds its name rooted in memories from Ninon’s childhood on her family farm. As Ninon named her soups, she sought to honor Washington State by naming her soups after meaningful locations within the community.

In the quest for inspiration, Ninon turned to her father, Evan Rill, who offered the fitting suggestion of “Caribou Creek.” This heartfelt choice not only captures the essence of the region but also pays homage to the creek that ran though her backyard as a child.
