You will need:Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Grease your pan
3. Place cornbread mix in a large bowl. Add water, buttermilk or milk alternative, oil and egg.
4. Stir until just blended.
5. Pour into your pan
6. Cook a 9×13 pan or 12 muffins for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cook an 8×8 pan or 6 muffins for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

For an 8×8 Pan You Will Need:
2 C of the Corn Bread Mix
3/4 C Water, Buttermilk, or a Milk Alternative
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Egg

For a 9×13 Pan you will Need:
All of the Corn Bread Mix
1 1/2 C Water, Buttermilk, or a Milk Alternative
2 Tablespoons Oil
2 Eggs
