Pinto beans are your typical chili bean, they hold up well when cooked but have a delicious creamy texture .

Jacob Cattle Beans were named because their coloring resembles the hide of spotted cattle, Jacob’s Cattle Beans are thought to have been domesticated in the 17th Century by the Passamaquoddy Indians in the region now occupied by Maine and Eastern Canada.

Small Red beans add lots of texture to your finished chili, they hold their shape and remain more firm after cooking.
