Coffee Crumb Cake Mix

This deliciously moist cinnamon nutmeg crumb cake will have you going back for seconds, thirds, or even fourths! Check out the “Spice it up” tab to find new ways to make it even more delicious.
You Will Need:
1 3/4 tsp. Butter or Oil
1/2 C. Sour Cream, Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
2/3 C. Water
Optional:
3/4 C. Fresh Fruit
1/4 C. Chopped Walnuts
Preparation:
1. Start by measuring out 1 1/2 C of the dry cake mix and 1/2 C of the crumble topping (the crumble topping is in the small bag).
2. Preheat the oven to 365°
3. Oil and flour an 8×8 pan and set aside.
For the Crumble Topping:
1. Pour 1/2 C into a small bowl.
2. Add melted butter or oil and stir until crumbly. Set aside for later. (Optional: Add chopped walnuts)
For the Cake:
1. Pour 1 1/2 C cake mix into a medium bowl.
2. Add Sour Cream, Greek Yogurt, or Mayonnaise, and water to the bowl. Mix until combined. (Optional: Once combined, fold in fresh fruit)
3. Pour the mixture into the pan, then sprinkle the topping over the batter.
4. Pour into an 8×8 and bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
