Spanish Pardina Lentils originated in the Pyrenees region of Spain. They are an excellent source of fiber, protein, and iron. Pardina Lentils are one of the more common lentils. They are small, round and unlike many other lentils, they hold their shape when cooked.
Spanish Pardina lentils are great in soups, stews, and cold salads.
